If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving the service you paid for, contact us and we'll help resolve it. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund or credit for the platform fee, depending on the circumstances.
Charges from third-party providers (payments, e-stamping, e-sign) may be subject to their own refund rules. We'll assist you with information and next steps where possible.
