03Eligibility and account

• You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login methods.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

04Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information (rent, deposit, parties, address, etc.).
• You confirm you have the required authority/rights to create, send, and sign agreements and to share any personal data you enter into the Service.
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from the other party/parties (e.g., tenant/owner).

• Prices and fees (including any platform fee and provider charges) are shown before payment.
• Applicable taxes may be added as required by law.
• Promotional offers (e.g., first 100 customers discount, referrals) are subject to eligibility rules and may be changed or ended at any time, except where prohibited by law.

08Data, privacy, and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data using security controls like encryption in transit and secure storage. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and share information (including sharing with providers to complete the workflow).

09Prohibited uses

• Using the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Uploading malware or interfering with Service operations.
• Using the Service to harass, impersonate, or defraud others.

10Intellectual property

Regal and its software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as allowed by these Terms.

11Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service for maintenance, security, compliance, or business reasons. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Regal for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless the law requires otherwise.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Regal harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

14Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Karnataka will have jurisdiction, subject to any applicable consumer protection laws.
